To connect wallet using XUMM your public wallet address is needed to be stored to localStorage of web browser you are using. This will keep wallet session open on your paticular web browser, this information will be deleted when you logout (disconnect) wallet from XRPLWin.

Flags (1 or 0 numbers) - your preferences of UI expended collapsed elements.
IndexedDB
Database "accounts" is created in your device which will keep list of your display preferences for specific rAddress when you add label to account or highlight it.
